She Lost 40 Pounds, Drinking Lukewarm Water, This is How!
Most of us start our mornings with a fresh, hot cup of coffee or tea to warm our bodies after getting out of bed. When we drink water, we tend to prefer it cold, but according to Ayurvedic medicine, we have it all wrong. Regularly drinking very warm water, especially in the morning, can heal our bodies, providing digestive power and reducing metabolic waste that could have built up in our immune system.
One of the best weight loss regimens has been proposed by the pharmacist Sumiko and her husband Hitoshi. With this weight loss plan Sumiko has managed to lose 40 pounds of weight. What makes this method so attractive is that it is very simple to use, but extremely effective.
Start your day by eating a banana in the morning and drinking warm water during the day. The desired results can be seen in just two weeks. You can also eat another banana for breakfast, but don’t eat more than 4 bananas. If bananas are not something you enjoy, simply choose another fruit.
If you are still hungry, wait 15 minutes, then take light breakfast or a small part of what you want.
Having lunch and dinner is also allowed, but you should never eat after 6 pm. Fried foods are also something that should be avoided.
The most important of this diet is to drink warm water in small sips. If you want you can squeeze 1 lemon in the warm water for additional boost of metabolism.
If you’re on a diet, chances are you’ve heard drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning can help with weight loss. Warm water increases body temperature, which therefore increases the metabolic rate. An increase in metabolic rate allows the body to burn more calories throughout the rate.
You can also consider a dessert, a chocolate or biscuits, for example, 5 hours after breakfast.
Below we will give you an example of the menu:
Breakfast: a grapefruit, a scrambled egg, a banana, a cup of green tea
Lunch: carrots, 2 boiled eggs, onions, broccoli, lettuce and a large slice of tomato salad
Snack: a handful of nuts, yogurt
Dinner: boiled potatoes or carrots, chicken breast
