Drink it twice per day, i.e. in the morning after waking up and at night, prior to bed. You should dilute it in water and add some apple cider vinegar for optimal effects.

The Different Uses of Baking Soda
If you suffer from cancer, mix baking soda with honey, maple syrup, or molasses and consume the mixture on a regular basis for several weeks. If you opt for maple syrup, mix it in a 3:1 ratio with baking soda. Then, heat the mixture on low heat and once the foam disappears, pour it into a bottle and keep it in the fridge. Take one tsp daily. If you choose honey, the method is the same. If you choose molasses, combine one tsp of baking soda, one tsp of molasses, and a glass of water and drink the mixture daily.
If you have the flu, you should add a tsp of baking soda in a glass of water and drink the mixture every two hours the first day and the next day, four times. On the third day, take 2 doses only, in the morning and at night. Repeat the procedure until the symptoms go away.
If you’ve been bitten by an insect or if you have sunburns, mix baking soda and water to get a paste and then apply it onto the affected areas. When it dries, rinse the mixture off.
To soften your feet, mix 2 tbsp of baking soda in a basin of warm water and soak the feet in it. Then, make a scrub from baking soda and water in a 3:1 ratio and exfoliate the hard areas of the feet with it.
