- slow digestion, but moderate appetitestrong teeth and nails;
- excellent memory;
- patient temper.
What to eat?
Vata. Eat warm food. Try to avoid chilled drinks. This will help get rid of problems with digestion and cope with insomnia. Eat dairy products. Rice and wheat porridge will be useful, but barley, corn, buckwheat, and oatmeal are not for you. With fruits, too, you need to be more careful, since oranges, bananas, cherries, mangoes, and melons will benefit for you, but apples, pears, pomegranates, cranberries are not good for your health. Eat nuts. Beef is not the best option for you. So, it’s better to turn to chicken meat or fish.
Pitta. Eat a cool medium-fat meal. Do not eat sore and fermented foods like yogurts, vinegar, and sour cheeses. A spicy meal is also not for you. Milk is good. Eat white rice, wheat porridge, barley, potatoes, and oats. All kinds of cabbage and pumpkin are also great for your diet! Be careful with vegetables! Do not eat a lot of tomatoes, radishes, carrots, peppers, beets, and spinach.
Kapha. You need to abandon all kinds of sweets. Try to eat steamed food. Use less oil! Eat porridge made of millet and barley. Do not eat rice, wheat, and nuts. Vegetables are great for you.
